URL
should be the MMS center URL address of GSM/WCDMA provider.

ConnectionType
should be the code of connection type when sending MMS
message:
0--- Sending MMS via HTTP (no proxy)
1--- Sending MMS via HTTP (have proxy)
2--- Sending MMS via WEB

DataAccountID
should be the code of connection type when sending MMS
message.

: Authentication type for a PDP context
0---No authentication

Data account default APN is: 0-cmwap, 1-cmnet, 2-3gnet, all author types are 0,
user name and password are empty.

All parameters need to have comma in between, if comma is forgotten to add,
the camera will remind reset the parameters.

Please contact product supplier if other data account is needed.

This function should be supported by the local network provider. Please contact
your local network provider for the details concerning this function.
