Trouble?
There is no image on the TV screen and there is no sound.
- The video input on the TV is not set to the video terminal to
which you connected the camcorder. Select the correct
video input.
- Disconnect the optional HTC-100 High Speed HDMI cable
and then restore the connection or turn the camcorder off
and then on again.
- Video and audio will not be output from the camcorder while
Wi-Fi functions are in use.
The computer does not recognize the camcorder even though
the camcorder is connected correctly.
- Disconnect the USB cable and turn off the camcorder. After
a short while, turn it on again and restore the connection.
- Connect the camcorder to a different USB port on the com-
puter.
Cannot save recordings on my computer
- When the memory card contains too many recordings (Win-
dows – 2,500 or more photos/MP4 movies, Mac OS –
1,000 or more photos/MP4 movies), you may not be able to
transfer recordings to a computer. Try using a card reader.
