Register Preset
By registering the camera settings such as camera angles and exposure as presets, the presets can be easily called up by
Viewers to execute the settings.

Using Presets
In addition to immediate execution of registered camera angles and the camera settings such as exposure when
operating the viewer, presets can be used as follows.
• Execute the presets during switches between Day Mode and Night Mode (P. 126).
• Automatically cycle through multiple presets at a set time and in a predetermined sequence (Preset Tour) (P. 71).
• When using the Intelligent Functions, the monitoring position can be locked at a preset camera angle (P. 112).

Registering a Preset
The camera angle and camera settings can be registered as presets.
The number of presets that can be registered is as follows.
• Maximum 64 presets (including the home position)
• Maximum 20 presets (including the home position)
To register a new preset, select an unnamed preset in the Preset list.
If selecting a preset already registered in the Presets list and clicking [Add] in step 4, the preset is overwritten.
The camera angle can also be operated from the following screens.
Important
• It is strongly recommended to register as presets, the camera positions to be used for intelligent functions.
• If a preset registered in the digital zoom area is used, it may not be possible to reproduce the camera position at registration with high
accuracy. Therefore, it is recommended to use a preset registered in the optical zoom area for the preset tour ( only) or in the
intelligent functions.
• When following items are changes, reset the presets.
– [System] > [System] > [Installation Conditions] > [Video Flip] (P. 144)
– Each video stream setting in [Video] > [Video] (P. 58)
• If the settings are changed in [Video] > [Picture (Option)] > [Camera Control] > [Image Stabilizer] after setting the presets (P. 75), the
angle of view when the camera is operated will not match the angle of view when the presets are set. If [Image Stabilizer] settings are
changed, recheck the preset settings.
• If a separately sold indoor dome housing dedicated to the camera is used, be sure to set presets with the dome installed.
