Responding to Error Messages
When an error occurs, display the details of the error by following one of the procedures
below. Then, eliminate the cause of the error by referring to the examples shown in this
chapter.
View error messages on the home screen.
Tap the camera icon in the message display area of the home screen.
Click the following error numbers to jump to the corresponding section.

W01: No access points found (error code: W01). For details, check
the Advanced Guide online.
Check whether the SSID entered for the wireless LAN access point during the webcam
setting procedure (
) is correct.
Check the access point settings ( )
Check whether the access point is communicating using a channel and frequency
supported by the camera (
). Also, when the access point channel is selected
automatically, selecting one of the channels supported by the camera manually is
recommended.
Check whether the power of the access point has been turned on.
W02: Make sure that you entered the correct access point password

Check whether the password entered for the wireless LAN access point during the
