Error
If an error occurs, the status indicator of the main unit turns on and the error signal is output from I/O.
If an error occurs, the length cannot be measured. If an error occurs during length measurement, it is interrupted.
Use the Non-Contact Displacement Sensor software to check the content of the error. For details, see the User’s
Manual of Non-Contact Displacement Sensor Software.

Check the ambient temperature.
LED malfunction
The LED needs to be replaced. We will fix it. Please

Warning
If a warning occurs, the status indicator of the main unit blinks and the warning signal is output from I/O.
When a warning occurs, you can output the length measurement value as is, output the warning data, or keep data
of before the warning occurs.
Use the Non-Contact Displacement Sensor software to check the content of the warning. For details, see the User’s
Manual of Non-Contact Displacement Sensor Software.

Insufficient light
- Place the target measurement object correctly.
- The length of the target object may be difficult to be
measured.
Speed is out of range (Upper limit)
The speed of the target measurement object has been
out of the specified range.
Use the equipment within the specified range.
Speed is out of range (Lower limit)
The speed of the target measurement object has been
out of the specified range.
Use the equipment within the specified range.
