Using the Operation Panel Buttons

The buttons on the operation panel are used for the functions described 
below.

a Setup (

) button

Offline:

When the printer is offline, press this button to open the Setup Menu.

Menu display:

In the menu display, press this button to display the next item for 
selection at the same level.

b Set Media (

) button

Offline:

When the printer is offline, press this button to open the Media Set 
Menu.

Menu display:

In the menu display, press this button to return one level up.

c Cancel Job/Utility (

) button

During a print job:

To cancel a print job in progress, press and hold down for three 
seconds.

Offline:

When the printer is offline, press this button to open the Utility Menu.
