6.4 Multi Drawer Document Insertion Unit-A1

The optional Multi Drawer Document Insertion Unit-A1 provides an additional three
paper sources for sheet insertions and cover sheets. The upper and middle decks
can hold up to 1,000 sheets (20 lb bond (80 g/m

2

)) and the lower deck can hold up

to 2,000 sheets (20 lb bond (80 g/m

2

)).

The Multi Drawer Document Insertion Unit-A1 and Document Insertion Unit-F1
cannot be attached to the machine at the same time.

IMPORTANT

•

The maximum continuous speed is slightly affected, and productivity slows down,

depending on the number of sheets inserted per job.

•

A total of 100 sheet insertions can be inserted from any paper source per job.
