Restore settings with Configure

If you restart from a system crash, you must recover your settings in Configure.

, follow the on-screen instructions to restore your settings.

Back up and restore with Fiery System Installer

The imagePRESS Server system installer allows you to back up or restore the entire system to recover from a system

crash or a hard disk failure.
After reinstalling system software, you can create a new system backup partition of the imagePRESS Server, load a

system recovery partition to restore the imagePRESS Server to an earlier state, or use utilities to troubleshoot and

administer the imagePRESS Server.
To back up and restore with Fiery System Installer, you will need the imagePRESS Server System Software DVD1.

For more information about the Fiery System Installer, contact your authorized service/support center.
