Additional Protocol Settings
This section describes two additional protocols supported for this machine: HTTP
(HyperText Transfer Protocol) and SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol).
HTTP
The HTTP allows you to communicate between your computer and the machine via
a web interface (i.e., Remote UI).
Before you use the Remote UI, follow the procedure below to activate HTTP on the
machine from the <NETWORK SETTTINS> menu.

Press [ (-)] or [ (+)] to select <NETWORK SETTINGS>

Press [ (-)] or [ (+)] to select <LAN SETTINGS>

press [Set].

Press [ (-)] or [ (+)] to select <USE HTTP>

Press [ (-)] or [ (+)] to select <ON>

Specify the HTTP port number (default: 80) using the numeric
keys.

Press [Stop/Reset] to return to the standby display.
