Troubleshooting - An Error Message Appears

Error writing to LPT1 or USBPRN

Check 7

Is a WPS driver installed?

You may not be able to print correctly if a WPS (Windows Printing System)
driver is installed in your computer.

Click Start, point to Settings, and click Printers.

If a WPS driver is installed, right-click the icon and then select Properties

from the pop-up menu.

Click the Details tab and check the "Print to the following port" setting.

If the selected port is the port also used by the BJC-3000, change the WPS

driver port setting to FILE or delete the WPS driver.
