Lead-edge Margin Adjustment (2nd side)

Adjustment

procedure

1) Make copies from cassette, and check that the lead-edge margin is L1 = 4.0

+1.5/-1.0 mm. If the lead-edge margin is out of the specification, go through the

following steps to make adjustment.

Feeding direction

In Case of Nonstandard

2) Select the following in Service Mode: COPIER > ADJUST > FEED-ADJ > REG-

DUP1.

3) Change the setting value to make adjustment. (When the setting value is

increased by "1", the leading edge margin is increased by 0.1 mm: Image move to

the trailing edge)

4) Write down the new adjustment value on the service label.
