TURNING ON THE THERMOMETER
Turn the thermometer using button (2). The display will show the last measurement. The thermometer automatically performs a display
test. If the last measurement was less than 32o C, the display will show
M- - - -oC
.
METHODS OF MEASUREMENT
MEASUREMENT
The symbol "° C" flashes on the display. Place a thermometer in accordance with the chosen method of measurement. The end of
measurement is indicated by stop of flashing "° C". Depending on the result of the measurement the thermometer will beep and light:
32 - 37.5 ° C - three beeps and flashing green light for 5 seconds
37.6 - 43.9 ° C - three beeps and flashing red light for 5 seconds.
After measuring the temperature the thermometer turns off automatically after 3 minutes. It can also be turned off by button (2).
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Sensor should be cleaned using medical alcohol or disinfectant before and after measuring the temperature. The housing and the
display can be wiped with a soft, dry cloth. The thermometer should be stored in a protective cap
REPLACEMENT OF BATTERY
Remove the battery cover, remove the old battery and in the same way, insert a new one. Replace the battery compartment.

EINSCHALTEN DES THERMOMETERS
Das Thermometer mit der Taste (2) einschalten. Die Anzeige wird die letzte Messung anzeigen. Das Thermometer wird
automatisch ein Anzeige-Test durchführen. Wenn die letzte Messung unter 32o C war, wird ein „M- - - -oC” in der Anzeige
erscheinen.
METHODE DER MESSUNG
DURCHFÜHRUNG DER MESSUNG
Das „oC” in der Anzeige wird anfangen zu blinken. Das Thermometer nach der ausgewählten Methode platzieren. Die Ende der
Messung wird mit der Ende des Blinkens von „oC” signalisiert. Abhängig von der Messung wird das Thermometer folgende
Signaltone und -leuchte hervorbringen:
32 – 37,5 oC - dreifacher Signalton und blinkende grüne Leuchte 5 Sek lang
37,6 – 43,9 oC – dreifacher Signalton und blinkende rote Leuchte 5 Sek lang.
Nach der Messung wird sich das Thermometer automatisch nach 3 Minuten ausschalten. Man kann es auch mit der Taste (2)
ausschalten.
WARTUNG UND REINIGUNG
Sensor soll mit Alkohol oder Desinfizierungsmittel vor und nach der Messung gereinigt werden. Gehäuse und Anzeige können
mit einem weichen und trockenen Lappen gereinigt werden. Das Thermometer soll in dem Schutzaufsatz gelagert werden.
AUSTAUSCH VON AKKU
Deckel der Akkukammer herausnehmen, altes Akku herausnehmen und genauso das neue einlegen. Deckel der Akkukammer
wieder einlegen.
