7.4 How to solve malfuntions

There may be various reasons for the abnormal operation oft he receiver. Check the receiver as stated
bellow:

„Mosaic effect“

The antenna is not adjusted
adequately, the signal is weakly.

Please check the adjustment.

No sound

The mute-key is activated.

Deactivate the mute function

Remote control doesn’t
work

There are no batteries inside. The
batteries are weakly.

Please check the batteries.

Bad video quality
Only a few programs are
able to be saved.

The LNB supply voltage ist o weak.

Please change the LNB supply
voltage under the menu item
