Select ‘Save’ and download the software upgrade to the host
PC. The Windows Installer Package should then be run from the
host PC to install the software upgrade.
Please note that some software upgrades are quite large and
may take several minutes to download even when using a
broadband connection.
The Actiwatch USB reader provides a telemetric connection to
the Actiwatch which allows the user to setup and download
Actiwatches using the software installed on the host PC.
Note:
Please install the Sleep/Activity Analysis software before
connecting the reader – see section 2.3 of this guide.
2.7 Installing the
Actiwatch USB reader
Selecting the software type and entering the user name and
password issued (please note that user names and passwords
are case sensitive) will allow the user to download the latest
version of software.
Once the user name and password have been entered, clicking
on the required software package will bring up the following
screen:
