In general, a faster processor will provide superior performance.
The Actiwatch software is supplied on a CD ROM. This contains
all of the components required to effect a standard installation
including USB drivers for the reader. The Sleep/Activity software
should be installed
BEFORE
connecting the USB reader. See
for details of installing the USB reader drivers.
Legacy users of non-USB readers should consult Appendix A
for details of connection/use for this hardware.
To install the software, place the supplied CD ROM into the
CD/DVD drive on the host PC. The user then needs to select the
correct installation package depending on which operating
system is being used on the host PC. A different installer is used
for Windows XP/2000/Vista from that used for Windows 98/ME.
Please note that, following Microsoft’s decision to stop
supporting earlier versions of Windows, CamNtech cannot
guarantee that Actiwatch software is compatible with Windows
95 or 98.
