Cleaning the sensors and paper route
•
Open the printer cover, pushing the opening lever.
•
Clean the sensors on the device and the area involved in the paper passage using
compressed air.
Warning! Cleaning operations are to be performed with the power supply
cable disconnected from the printer.
Warning! Regular cleaning of the device maintains print quality and prolongs
its life over time. The table below shows the recommended cleaning
schedule.
WARNING! Do not use alcohol, solvents or a hard brush. Ensure no
water or other liquids penetrate the interior of the device.

When using the device in environments with high levels of dust, cleaning should be performed more
frequently.
