anchorage isofix points “I” and one upper
point “t” or otherwise called top-tether (Fig
11A). to identify the three corresponding
parts on your vehicle,carefully read the
vehicles manual.
WARNING: do not confuse
the top-tether attachment with those of
the luggage fixing rings (Fig 11B).
the
correct fitting of the top-tether is illustrated
in Fig 11C. (On the higher part of the
backrest and not over the head rest).

handbook/manual.

Note:
the third point or
top-tether position can vary from vehicle to

pull out the base anchorage points by
pressing button “S”, and rotate lever “R”, grip
the “U” handle, and pull out completely, until
it is mechanically blocked in position (as
illustrated).
15.
Connect both of the base anchorage
points of the car seat to those of the vehicle
(Fig 15A) please note that parts t1 & t2 will
retract back into the car seat, and the ReD
markings will no longer be visible, however
GReen markings will then becomevisible,
confirming a correct connection (fig 15b).
WARNING: ensure that the car seat is
securely fitted by shaking or pulling on
it!!! Note
: the isofix lower anchorage points
are adjustable, to enable use on various
vehicle seats.

to align the rear of the car seat, and the
vehicles backrest it is necessary to:
A.
Release the first anchorage position by
pressing button “S”, turning lever “R” and
then pushing the car seat as illustrated, until
a “ClICK” is heard.
B.
push the car seat with
some force as illustrated to give a completely
flush fit to the vehicles backrest.
Note:
when
completing step 16, the “R” lever must be in
the horizontal position as illustrated.
Note:
take care not to catch the top-tether
between the car seat and vehicle seat.
17.
lengthen the top-tether strap, by
releasing the tension on the buckle as
shown.
18.
Attach the top-tether to the vehicle as
illustrated.
19.
pull to take away any slack on the strap,
until the green indicator becomes visible,
confirming the correct tightness, (as
illustrated).
20.
An optional pocket for the top-tether
strap to be stored when not in use can be
found on some models, this is however
optional.
WARNING: always use all three
anchor points (2 lower
& 1 top-tether),
when travelling with your child in the car
seat, or simply with the car seat in your
vehicle. Note:
verify that the car seat is
securely fitted to the vehicle by pulling on the
car seat with your hands.

loosen the strap as illustrated in Fig.
21A, then remove the top-tether (fig. 21b)
22.
push plastic part “S”, lift up lever “R” and
slightly remove the infant car seat from the
seat (fig. 22 A). to unlock the low anchorage
Isofix points, pull SImUltAneOUSly levers
“t1” and “t2” till you hear a “click”. When the
Isofix anchorage points have been correctly
unlocked, the GReen levers will become ReD
(fig. 22b).

Remove the car seat from the vehicle.
24.
push the base anchorage points in to the
housing within the car seat (Fig.24A & 24b).

to adjust the recline on the backrest it is
necessary to push lever “l” until it reaches
the desired position.
