Battery and Auto Shut-off

culator is powered by a single 3-Volt
Lithium CR-2032 battery. This should
last 800 hours of actual use (1 year
plus for most people). Should the dis-
play become very dim or erratic,
replace the battery.

Please use caution when dispos -
ing of your old batteries. They contain
hazardous chemicals.
Your calculator is designed to shut
itself off after about 8-12 minutes of
non-use.
