Charging time
Installation for CAM Series single battery can be followed by four steps:
First: Install lower protector as figure 2.
Installation requirements:
Depress the battery into the lower protector from up to down by force to ensure the battery no slant and below protector wrapping the
bottom of the battery, no loose connection between protector and battery, and no drop.
Annex 2: Instructions for CAM Series battery protection components installation.
This instruction is only applied for the installation of plastic protection components in CAM series Li-on prismatic cells
manufactured by CALB.
The protection components for CAM Series are injected molding by flame-retardant ABS + PC material, with flame retardant grade
level V0, thus protecting battery in the metal shell from instability under shock, impact, high pressure and others.
The battery protector is divided into four parts, as shown in Figure 1, include: pole protector, upper protector, lower protector, and
grouping separators.
