8.0 Troubleshooting
Problem
Powering on/starting
The vehicle does not power
on. The battery cable is
disconnected. Check that the battery cable
is connected
The battery is discharged.
The vehicle is powered on but
does not drive when pedaling
or engaging the throttle. The battery may be
discharged to 0% SOC. Check that the battery is
charged by pushing the bat-
tery state-of-charge button
or check the status in the
display. Charge the battery.
There is a noise when riding.
There are loose screws.
There is a motor issue.
There is a gearbox issue.
The key card does not work. You did not place the key
card on the key card symbol
of the display.
The key card needs
reprogramming.
When placing the key card on
the display, the display lights
up, but the lights do not. The lights is turned off by the
handlebar control Check if brake lights illumi-
nate when the brake lever is
pressed, the lights are turned
off by handlebar control.
