Tips on range
Range estimates vary depending on the riding mode, riding style, battery
setup, tire pressure, cargo load and more.
• To extend range use ride mode reach.
• When the battery reaches 0% the electrical assistance will stop.
4.1 Before every ride
For your safety, ensure that the vehicle is in perfect technical condition before
every ride. Check the following:
• The brakes function properly.
• The tires and wheels are roadworthy.
• Check that you have sufficient state of charge for your ride
NOTICE The key can be lost or stolen. Never leave the key in the steering lock
keyhole.
4.2 Riding
• When powering on the bike you will always start on ride mode Reach
• To change ride mode, briefly push the start button and toggle between
Reach, Efficiency, Power and Walk assist.
• When activating the walk assist you will be able to use the thumb throttle
up to 6km/h
• Only valid for US! Thumb throttle is activated on all ride modes.
• The bike is equipped with an integrated automatic shifting. The bike will
shift for you, all you need to do is to set your preferred cadence (see 5.3)
and you will always pedal with the same rpm no matter if you are going
uphill or downhill.
• When the vehicle is at a standstill (0 km/h / 0 mph) for 10 minutes, the
vehicle automatically powers off
4.3 Cadence
Cadence is the number of pedal revolutions per minute (RPM). Via the app you
can set your preferred pedal speed for most comfort.
The bike will always have a factory setting of 65 RPM. You can always go back
to back on factory settings via the app
