PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE CURE
Milk not dispensed. • Connection lever
raised.
• Clogged pipe.
• Not connected.
• No milk.
• Lower the connection lever.
• Carry out cleaning.
• Connect it.
• Insert the milk.
The milk does not
reach the set temper-
ature.
Hot milk poured. Pour cold milk in the milk con-
tainer.
The coffee machine
does not communi-
cate well with the ap-
pliance.
• Data connection cable
disconnected or dam-
aged.
• Appliance disconnect-
ed or in standby mode
• Dirty contacts.
• Check the data connection
cable Q; contact the techni-
cian if necessary.
• Insert the plug or press the

• Thoroughly clean the metal
plates inside the container
and the appliance (Fig.12 and
13).
