If HVSync = Fail the 625KHz signal is generated by the
board itself.
StatusIn allows to readout the back panel STATUS IN signal.
If StatusIn = Fail all the channels are turned OFF.
SerNum allows to readout the module serial number.
RemBdName allows to readout the module name.

Before turning one channel ON, every fail cause must be removed via the ‘Clear Alarm’
command, sent by the Sy1527/Sy2527 system.
