The Simulation Start Screen

When a task from the upper GI bleeding module is selected, the simulation start screen 

appears on the left monitor.

The Left Monitor Start Screen

IMPORTANT: 

Some modules contain different content related to the simulation, which 

may display on  both the left and right monitors.
