Fixed Bit Rate
Nx64(data) + 8xI (data) +8(EOC)
2312kbps = 36*64(data) +8*0(data) + 8 (EOC)
Even though Tx Eoc is set as False, EOC will occupy
8K.

Out_Of_Sync – Framer data unsync
In_Sync - Framer data sync
Framer Type
Framer is a device used to align/synchronize to an
embedded framing pattern in a serial bit stream. Once
synchronized and data fields are properly aligned,
overhead bits for alarms, performance monitoring,
embedded signaling, etc. may be extracted and
processed. Four Framer types are provided: Level2,
Level1A,Level1B.
