Quick Installation Guide

2.4 Hardware Connection

1. Connect the DSL cable to the DSL port of RJ-11 socket.

2. Use a RJ-45 cable to connect the PAMSPAN3000 to the LAN or a PC with

Ethernet adapter installed.

3. Connect the power supply to PAMSPAN3000 by plugging the round DC connector

into the DC jack on the rear panel. Plug the power supply into the wall. Verify that

the Power LED is illuminated or not. If the power LED is illuminated, this indicates

that the PAMSPAN3000 is connected properly.

4. Ground the PAMSPAN3000 by connecting a grounded wire

Note:

Please use crossover RJ-45 to connect PAMSPAN3000 to the HUB, if your hub is

not featured with auto sensing function.
