The Controls screen has 4 sub menu items: AUTOMATIC, MANUAL, MAINTENANCE and DEMO.
8.2.1 AUTOMATIC
The system will automatically move on the requested commands (FIND SATELLITE OR PREP
ANNTENNA) with the click of a button.
FIND SATELLITE
Automatically finds and locks onto the satellite signal within 2min. The search routine
begins once the search conditions are met, i.e GPS and RF.
PREP ANTENNA
Re-centers the antenna and elevates it to 75 degree position.
8.2.2 MANUAL
The Manual Controls allow the operator to move the system on the Azimuth, Elevation and
Polarization axis per the degrees set per movement with the exception of the Polarization. The
polarization will only move 0.3 degrees in the desired direction no mater what angle per
movement is selected in the DEGREES OF MOVEMENT drop down.
Note: The Polarization manual movement button(s) will move 0.3 degrees for every two(2)
button depresses.
