1. Check the gas pressure reducer for visible external damage (
ɶ

Screw the gas pressure reducer onto the CO
2
cylinder.
3.
Close the shut-off valve (
ɷ
).
4.
Open the pressurised gas cylinder valve and close it again (
ɸ
).
5.
Check for leaks.
6. Open the pressurised gas cylinder valve (
ɸ
).
7. Use the adjusting screw (
ɹ
) to set the working pressure to approx. 3.5 bar (
ɺ
) – green mark.
8. Use the adjusting screw (
ɹ
) to increase the pressure to 7 bar – red marking (
ɺ
).
9.
Use the adjusting screw (
ɹ
) to slowly increase the pressure step by step until a slight blow-
off begins.
10. Use the adjusting screw (
ɹ
) to increase
the pressure further until the safety valve
opens fully with a loud noise. Observe
the pressure gauge (
ɺ
); this should not
exceed a value of approx. 7.7 bar.
11. Close the pressurised gas cylinder valve
(
ɸ
) immediately afterwards and turn the
adjusting screw (
ɹ
) back to 0 bar to pre-
vent icing.
12. Open the pressurised gas cylinder valve (
ɸ
)
again and set the correct working pressure
of 3.5 bar (
ɹ
).
13. Connect the hose to the gas pressure
reducer (
ɻ
).
14. Connect the hose to the CO
2
inlet of the
water dispenser.
15. Open the shut-off valve (
ɷ
).

Only open the CO
2
gas cylinder a quarter of a turn (opening the valve completely has no influ-
ence on the amount of CO
2
in the water).
Connect the CO
2
gas cylinder as shown in fig. 8.

Check the CO
2
pressure at the pressure reducer. If the current pressure gauge pointer has fallen
below 2 bar, the pressure will no longer be sufficient for the optimum preparation of the CO
2
water. Please change the CO
2
cylinder.

» Disconnect the power supply of the device.
» Close the hand wheel on the CO
2
gas cylinder by turning it clockwise.
» Slowly open the screw connection on the pressure reducer and relieve any residual pressure.
» Then release the gas cylinder from its holder.

» Remove the thread protector from the new gas cylinder.
» Open the cylinder valve briefly to remove any dirt from the cylinder outlet valve.

The cylinder is under pressure, open the valve only slightly and do not direct it at people!

» Screw the pressure reducer onto the cylinder valve thread.
» If necessary, secure the cylinder in the holder again.
» Once the gas cylinder has been connected, connect the device to the mains power supply.
» Check the CO
2
pressure, which should be below 4 bar.
5.6 SETTING THE COOLING TEMPERATURE (CAS)
The thermostat (for setting the cooling temperature) is located on the right-hand side under-
neath the plastic cover. Set the thermostat to the desired temperature; turn the thermostat
clockwise for cooler water.
5.7 LEAKAGE PROTECTION
There is a leakage sensor located inside the water dispenser, integrated into the base plate on the
front left. An acoustic signal sounds if the leakage sensor detects water. If the dispenser is equipped
with a wastewater tank, make sure that this is empty. If the acoustic signal continues to sound, the
leakage sensor is still detecting water inside the device. Disconnect the water dispenser from the
power supply and contact a service technician.
