Mounting / removing the accessory equipment

Unloading Technology V-LOAD Shear Top + Mega
WARNING
Risks to personal safety may arise if the power supply between
tractor and accessory equipment fails as a result of damaged
supply lines!
When coupling the supply lines, check the way they are routed. The
supply lines:
must easily yield without tension, kinking or friction when the
vehicles negotiate curves,
must not rub against / be in contact with foreign objects.
Always check the accessory equipment for obvious defects while
hitching it up. In this connection, observe the chapter "Responsibilities
of the operator", starting on page 12.
1. Align the tractor with the accessory equipment and approach the
accessory equipment with the tractor.
2.
For front installation:
Use the quick coupler frame on the front
loader arms to reach under the securing system of the accessory
equipment and lock the safety catch by tilting the quick coupler
frame.
For rear installation:
Mount the accessory equipment to the
three-point hitch of the tractor. The upper links need to be
engaged in such a way that the accessory equipment cannot
shift to the sides too vehemently. Connect the hydraulic hoses
necessary to control the hydraulic functions; depending on the
model, a single-acting connection with return or a double-acting
connection will be necessary. Adjust the length of the upper link
in such a way that the carrying tines are parallel to the ground
when lowered.
3. Secure the tractor against unintended start-up and rolling away.
4. For information on how to couple the hydraulic hose lines, see
instructions starting on page 47.
5. Insert the control panel into the holder on the tractor and connect
it as described in the chapter "Mounting the control panel on the
tractor".
7.2
Removing the accessory equipment
WARNING
Risks of personal injury from crushing, cutting and impact may
arise if the dismounted accessory equipment is not sufficiently
stable!
Set the empty accessory equipment down on a level, solid
subsurface.
When uncoupling the accessory equipment, always make sure there
is enough clearance in front of the accessory equipment to allow the
tractor to line up with and drive up to the accessory equipment the
next time the equipment is mounted.
Always check the accessory equipment for obvious defects while
uncoupling it. In this connection, observe the chapter "Responsibilities
of the operator", starting on page 12.
1. Completely lower and retract the lifting frame (option) and the
hydraulic push-off system (option), respectively.
