Operation of the electronic box
Compare the measured value with the reference value recorded in the index table at the
end of this manual.
If both values match each other the pipe run is free. If the measured value clearly exceeds
the reference value the
pipe run is likely to be clogged between valve and device. Immediate removal of the blocka-
ge is indicated.
Once a clogging is indicated the more valves you measure the more precisely you will locate
the blockage.
Attention:
When testing the suction power, underpressure (all inlet valves are closed) should not
be maintained for more than 60 seconds in order to avoid an unnecessary overload of
the motor.
If you use a measuring adapter with metal
ring, the engine of the central vacuum clea-
ner starts as soon as the measuring adapter
is plugged in to the valve and the blockage
test starts. An index value is determined for
this valve now.
If your measuring adapter does not have a
metal ring, you must start the test directly
at the central vacuum cleaner. Press the po-
wer button to this.
