• Pour raison de sécurité, déconnecter la pompe de l’air comprimé et faire
chuter la pression avant toute intervention.
• Tous les filetages sont des pas à droite sauf indication contraire.
• Au démontage, éviter d’endommager les joints et les pièces. Garder tous
les composants propres. Spécialement le cylindre et le piston central.
• Travailler sur un espace propre.

• Fasten the outlet housing of the pump into a vice in a vertical position.
Loosen the 4 screws (Pos 23), which are holding the air cylinder (Pos 4)
to the outlet housing and remove the cylinder.
• Inspect the air valve mechanism (Pos 5) for wear and damage. There
must be no damage to the seal lips, check the small seals in the mecha-
nism and the large one that fits against the cylinder wall.
• Check that no oil has leaked above the packing (Pos 14-18) in the pac-
king sleeve (Pos 12).
• If the packing (Pos 11) or the mechanism (Pos 5) is to be changed, the
central bar (Pos 6) must be pulled out until you can see the hole perfora-
tions in the packing sleeve (Pos 12). At the same time you must also line
up the exhaust hole in the central bar with one of these perforations. This
will enable a suitable tool to be put into the central bar exhaust hole, to
enable the air mechanism to be unscrewed with the help of an industrial
glove. Grip the air mechanism and remove it.

• IMPORTANT
! Ne jamais remonter le tube de pompe si le joint à lèvres
(Pos 33) est endommagé. Quand il est usé, il faut impérativement le
remplacer.
• Fixer le coprs de sortie de la pompe dans un étau à l’horizontale.
• Dévisser le tube avec une clé à sangles en prenant des précautions.
• Tirer sur le tube (Pos 27). et replacer le joints à lèvres (Pos 33) et le joint
torique (Pos 26).
• Le démontage doit être soigné. Au moindre soupçon ou doute sur la
qualité des pièces il est conseillé de remplacer les pièces douteuses.
• Nettoyer et graisser les composants avec de la graisse de silicone
ou similaire spécialement les bagues et surfaces en frottement avant
remontage.
• Pour nettoyer les pièces, utiliser du kérosène ou liquide semblable. Ne
pas utiliser de liquide à base d’eau sous risques de corrosion.
• Prendre soin du démontage du piston.
• Remonter les pièces qui sont usées ou endommagées.
• Si il y a doute sur le clapet de pied, (pos 40) le dévisser, le nettoyer ou le
remplacer en remplaçant également le joint torique (pos 38).
• Be careful not to scratch or damage the surface of the central bar (Pos 6)!
• To check the central bar and packing sleeve, you must first remove the
air valve mechanism following the instructions above. Once the central
bar and the packing sleeve have been removed, they can be examined
for wear or damage. Worn or damaged parts must be replaced.
• When the damaged or worn parts are replaced, the pump can be re-
assembled in reverse order.
• IMPORTANT!
It is impossible for the pump to work correctly if the central
bar is damaged or scratched.
• It is important to lubricate all parts and seals with Silicon grease before
re-assembling.
No other grease should be used
