BEFORE STARTING

 

 

1. 

Check Air Filter

 

 
After continued use the air filter will become clogged with dust and other particle. To ensure 
smooth operation of the generator it is recommended that you check the air filter on a regular 
basis depending on the environment the generator is being used. 

 
 
 
 
 
 

1. 

Remove screw from side maintenance panel.  

2. 

Remove maintenance panel from generator.  

3. 

Remove retaining screw from air filter cover. 

4. 

Remove air filter cover. 

5. 

Check core of air filter for excessive dirt and particles. 

6. 

If core is dirty clean as per instructions detailed later in the manual. 

7. 

Replace air filter cover and screw into place. 

8. 

Replace maintenance cover and screw into place. 

 

 

Do not run the generator without the air filter in place. Failure to do this will 
damage the generator and void warranty.
