HOW TO USE

BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME

1.   Remove all the packaging material and clean the grill plate

(3), drip tray (4) and lid (1). Do not wash the grill plate
in a dishwasher. Carefully dry all the parts, especially the
connector (14).

     NOTE:
Never immerse the detachable temperature control in water or
any other liquid.

2.  Heat the grill to the maximum temperature for 3–5 minutes,

with the lid closed and without any food. The first time you
use the product it may fume a little. This is perfectly normal.

HOW TO USE

     NOTE:
Do not use metal utensils, they can damage the nonstick coating.

1.  Do not place the product closer than 70 cm to any

flammable material.

2.  Spread some vegetable oil over the hotplate and preheat to

protect the nonstick coating.

3.   Connect the temperature control to the grill. Plug the plug

into the power point and start the product.

temperature is reached.

The grill plate gets very hot when set to 5. Lower the
temperature, if necessary.

Grilling tips

1.   For best results, marinate the food to be grilled in oil,

vinegar and spices overnight.

2.   Handle the meat with grill tongs or grill spatula. Do not

prick the meat, this will make it drier. Sharp utensils can also
damage the nonstick coating.

3.   Turn over the food during the grilling to avoid burning the

surface. Do not turn over too often, this will make the food
drier.

4.   Do not overcook, this will only make the food drier.
5.   If food sticks to the grill plate, rub the plate with kitchen

paper dipped in cooking oil. Never use metal utensils to
remove residual scraps of food.
