Pressure loss of an MFC for modular
actuator
An Mass Flow Controller (MFC) for modular actuator has a pres-
sure loss that depends on the following parameters:
▪
the flow-rate value
▪
the size of the product fluid connections
▪
the type of the product fluid connections
▪
the size of the product base block
▪
the type of operating fluid
The following figure gives the pressure loss for water through an
MFC for modular actuator.
