Change Temperature Settings
To adjust fry warmer temperature:
1.
Press and hold the SET button approximately 5-8 seconds until PA1 appears.
2. Press the SET button again
3. Using the up arrow button, increase the value on the display until the reading is at 14. (Pass
code)
4. Press the SET button again.
5. Using the up arrow button scroll through the setting until LOC is displayed on the controller.
6. Press the SET button
7. The display should have the value “Y” displayed, using the down arrow or up arrow button
to change this value to “n”.
8. After changing the value to “n”, depress the power button (upper right button) until the
display returns to the temp display.
9. Press the set button momentarily, then using the up and down arrow buttons change the
display until it reads “SET”
10. Press the SET button
11. Now use the up and down arrow buttons to set the desired temperature set-point of the
unit
12. Depress the power button until you are back to the temperature display.
13. To return the controller to the locked parameter setting repeat steps 1 thru 8 to change the
“n” value back to “Y”
