10. To use comb to remove food crumbs from the air 

discharge grill:

a.

Insert comb teeth into openings on air 
discharge grill

b.

Move comb downwards to dislodge oil 
and salt debris (Diagram 27.1) 

c.

Pull comb out and continue to next set of 
openings until complete (Diagram 27.2)

11. Replace comb in holder.

12. Lift air discharge grill and slide grill sideways to lock 

it in open position. Using a clean, sanitized towel, 
wipe ALL oil and debris out from inside air 
discharge opening until opening is completely 
clean (Fig. 27.3)
