13. To begin reassembling the unit, replace two crumb 

trays into fry station inner pan

13. Place two filters in front of air inlet grate, resting 

bottom of the filters in front section of crumb trays. 
When installed correctly, filters will be held in place by 
folded tabs at the front of each tray. 

14. Place Sorting tray on top of crumb trays. Front and back 

overhangs on sorting tray MUST rest level on top of fry 
station worktop. Shallow end of tray MUST be on 
controller side of unit.
