[Example] How to make the "Spray 3 minutes and stop 50
seconds" setting:
Setting the spraying time:
• Use the "Spray Time Setting Dial" and turn it to 3
• Set the switch to "M" which is left of "Spray Time Setting
Dial"
• Set the switch to "1" to get one time setting
The system will spray for 3 minutes.
•
Possible time setting min. 15 sec. max. 60 m
Setting the stop spraying time:
• Use the "Stop Spraying Setting Dial" and turn it to 5.
• Set the switch to "S" which is left of "Stop Spraying
Setting Dial".
• Set the switch to "10" to get ten times setting.
The system will remain stopped for 50 seconds
•
Possible time setting min. 15 sec. max. 60 m
Setting the Pressure Release Time:
•
The maximum pressure release time is 15 seconds.
•
The stop spraying time must be longer than pressure
release time in order to make sure the two actions do not
overlap.
• The longer misting line, the more pressure release time is
needed.
• Every time the pump stops a signal from the timer will
cause the pressure release solenoid valve to open,
depressurizing the mist line.
• The benefit of this is reducing the water dripping from the
nozzles. The setting of this knob determines the duration
that signal and how long the valve stays open.
• There are several factors which affect the residual
pressure in the mist line, so the setting of that dial might
need adjustment.
• The best bet is to start by setting dial to 5 seconds.

when the pump stops.
• If there is a long delay between when the pump starts and
when the nozzles begin to spray, decrease the time on the
dial, as the system is not keeping enough pressure in the
mist line and it takes longer for the pump to fully
depressurize the line each time the pump starts.
• Some factors affecting the time required here are the
material of the mist line, length of the mist line, number of
nozzles, and strength of the springs in the anti
inside the nozzles.
• Turning On / Off the Misting System
• Press the power switch "On" & "Off" to start & stop
machine.
5. Pump stop running without water
• The "On" & "Off" indicator lights will be off even though
the power switch is turned on. The misting system will stop
running automatically when the water supply to the pump
is stopped.
•
Important:
Never attempt to run the pump without
water. Please make sure the water supply is sufficient, then
re-start the pump.
