Change Password
Select CHANGE PASSWORD to modify the security password configuration variable. The
following screen is displayed.
Update password:
Current Password: **************
New Password: **************
Confirm New Password: **************
Cancel OK
Warning: If the password is forgotten, and the security level defined by the system
administrator, is set to a value other than none , the user is locked out of the system. A
Service Personnel intervention is required.

Warning: This option must be used by people having a deep knowledge of the Open
Firmware based language interpreter (Forth).
Select OK FORTH to access the Open Firmware command interpreter ( ok prompt). The
following sentence is displayed.
Type ’menu’ to return to the menu ...

The ok prompt command line gives you access to an extensive set of functions for
hardware and software development, fault isolation and debugging based on Forth
language interpreter. The commands that are available at
ok prompt depend upon the
setting of security level defined by the system administrator. For more details, please refer
to the
Maintenance Guide .
The main and most useful commands available through the interactive command interpreter
(

prompt) are described in the Maintenance Guide .
