ERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
Before carrying out any work on the equipment disconnect the plug.
Use a damp cloth to clean the plastic parts. Do not use cleaning agents, solvents or sharp object.
Keep the surface area of the saw table free from contaminations with an appropriate service and maintenance
spray.
Should the motor’s braking system not activate within 10 seconds, the parts of the worn air brake should be
replaced by an authorised service centre.
Keep the ventilation openings and the moveable parts free from trapped dust with a soft brush.
Oil all moveable metal parts rrgularly.

Switch off appliance.
Pull out plug.

No internal parts of this machine are user serviceable. Any internal parts should only be serviced at an authorised
service centre.

sensor is defective.

machine again. (if the
safety cut out continues to
stop the machine, it may
be being overloaded.
Check that blade is sharp,
and that machine is being
used correctly).

A new sensor can be fitted
at an authorised service
centre.
Scorch marks on work
piece.

Saw blade is blunt

Machine is being used
incorrectly.

Have blade
sharpened/replace blade.
z
Ensure that material is not
being fed to fast, and that
guards and guides are
correctly set.
