Change out main orifices

Disconnect pilot line (Fig. 3,
Item. 8
) from the gas
control (Fig. 3,
Item. 3
).
6.
Disconnect ignitor cable (Fig. 3,
Item. 4
) from the
S8600 ignition module (Fig. 3,
Item. 5
).
7.
Secure the gas supply pipe (Fig. 3,
Item. 10
) with a
wire or rope (Fig. 3,
Item. 6
) on the control panel of
the boiler controls (Fig. 3,
Item. 7
).
8.
Disconnect union (Fig. 4,
Item. 2
) between gas
valve and manifold. Place the gasket from the union
in a safe place.
9.
Label the flame roll-out switch wires and disconnect
the wires from the flame roll-out switch (Fig. 4,
Item. 3
).
10.
Remove the burner tray cover plate screws and
remove this cover plate (Fig. 4,
Item. 4
).
11.
Remove burner tray mounting nuts (Fig. 4,
Item.
1)
and take entire burner tray from boiler.
12.
Loosen air intake hose (Fig. 3,
Item. 9
) and pull from
burner box.

NOTICE
For the conversion to high altitude, you
only need to change out the main orifices
and not the pilot orifice.
