LDRUM Calculation Example
Assumptions
1) The yarn used by the customer is a silk 21 deniers (Title).
2) The customer usually produces bobbins of 1000 grams (P1)
Calculations
1) Set LDRUM = 1000 (Menu POSITION SET)
2) Set TARGET = 999.999 (Menu STYLE EDIT)
3) Produce a 1000 g bobbin, confirming the weight with a precision scale, taking into account the weight
of bobbin core
(cone, spool)
4) Read the sensor’s counter value (Menu GRAPHICS) ; let’s suppose that the value read is CNT

5) Using the appropriate conversion formula, obtain the length in meters corresponding to 1000 g of silk,
