Dynamic masking areas
The dynamic masking function is used to protect the privacy of individuals. It involves adding masks which hide private
areas located in the camera’s field of vision.
Step 1:
Click on the button in the taskbar to go to the main menu.
Step 2:
Click on the “Parameter” button then “Display”.
Step 3:
Click on the “Privacy Zone” tab to go the “Privacy Zone” submenu.
Step 4:
Select the camera in the “Channel” dropdown menu.
Step 5:
Activate the dynamic masking function in the “Privacy Zone” dropdown menu.
Step 6:
Select the mask(s) to display by checking the “Area1”, “Area2”, “Area3” or “Area4” boxes.
Step 7:
Click on “Setup” in the “Mask Area” line to configure the masks using the mouse.

Step 8:
Configure an area.
