Installation of entrance panel,
handsets and DIN devices
HEIGHT OF THE HANDSET
When installing the handsets, including
standard or video handsets, it is
recommended that the devices are
positioned at a height of 160 – 165 cm
(top edge)
Note: recommended installation heights, unless
otherwise required by local regulations.

DIN DEVICES
DIN rail interfaces and devices may
be installed inside a well For their
installation, the user must allow for
an appropriate tin board with DIN rail
(DIN board)

When installing the Entrance
panel, it is recommended that the
pushbutton panel is installed at a
height of 160 – 165 cm (top edge)
The camera must not be installed in
front of light sources, or in places
where the subject being filmed is in
the shadow
If this condition cannot be respected,
the picture will not have much
contrast in the darker areas
This is because the brightness is self-
regulated on the lighter part of the
picture
To solve these problems change the
camera installation height, normally
160 – 165 cm, to a height of 180 cm
and direct the lens downwards to
improve the quality of the shots
In scarcely lit areas, the installation
of an additional light source is
recommended
