Outgoing messages

The outgoing message is the message a caller first
hears when the answering machine picks up their
call. There are 2 pre-recorded outgoing messages
to choose from (see note opposite) or you can
record your own.

Record your own outgoing message

Your

outgoing message can

be up to 2 minutes long and will replace the pre-
recorded message.

You should try to keep your

Answer Only

message

short to allow time for recording memos, or
incoming messages when using the Answer and
Record mode.
