To set one touch access to
your answering machine
Your Diverse 4016 Micro is
pre-set to access your
answering machine by holding
down the

button. You can
also set the

button to give
you one touch access to your
network provider’s answering
service.

Call Director
If you have more than one handset
registered to the base unit and the
answering machine is switched on,
external callers can directly dial a
specific handset.
After dialling your phone number, the
caller hears the announcement. If it is
the internal directory announcement,
they have 5 seconds in which to dial
the internal number.
If the dialled handset does not answer,
then all the handsets will ring.
If no-one answers, then the answering
machine will pick up the call.
