Decor 1500 – Issue 2 – Edition 1 – 15.06.06 – 7659

You will hear a beep. You have now accessed your
answering machine.

If you have no new messages, the machine announces,

“You have no messages”,

and waits for 8 seconds for you

to enter another remote instruction.
If you have new messages, the machine announces, 

“You have ‘n’ messages”,

and begins to play them back. 

Remote operation controls

During playback, you can operate the answering machine
using the keypad buttons on the phone you are using:

Press 

To pause playback, press again to
resume playback.

Press 

To repeat current message. Press
repeatedly to skip backwards through
messages.

Press 

To skip forwards through messages.
Press repeatedly to keep skipping
forwards.

Press 

To delete the current message.

Press 

To stop an operation, e.g. message
playback, OGM recording.

Remote access

The message counter on your BT
Decor 1500 will flash ‘A’.

‘n’ is the number of messages.

If no digit is entered within 8
seconds, the machine will
announce, “

Security code error.

Thank you for calling

”, and will

release the line.

If you enter the incorrect code, you
will hear, “

Security code error.

Please enter again

”. If you enter

the wrong code again the machine
will announce, “

Security code error.

Thank you for calling

”, and will

release the line.
