Record your own outgoing message
1. Press
and hold
, after you hear the long beep speak
your message clearly, close to the phone. Only release
when you have finished recording. You will hear a
long beep and your message will be played back for
checking.
Play/check outgoing message
1. Press
and release
. The selected OGM is played back
to you, followed by a long beep.
Select male/female outgoing message
1. Press
and release
. The selected OGM begins to play
back to you.
2. During playback, press
once
to stop playback, a short
beep will sound and then the voice you hear will switch
from male to female, or vice versa and the new default
OGM will play back to you.

While recording the message
counter flashes ‘r’ if you selected
Answer and Record mode (‘r’ for
normal mode) or ‘o’ for Answer
Only mode.
Answer Only message
If you are recording an Answer
Only message, remember to tell
your caller that they will not be
able to leave you a message.
