Final tasks
1. If the spectral measuring head was sent in for maintenance: Re-
insert the tile insert into the calibrating unit. When reinserting
the tile insert ensure that the green tile points in the direction
of the web center.
2. If you are using the spectral measuring head without the op-
tional camera unit: Switch on the iPQ-Center system again. The
spectral measuring head and iPQ-Center system are opera-
tional again.
3. If you are using the spectral measuring head together with the
optional camera unit: Continue reading in chapter Installing the
camera, page 35 .
4. Check the recertification date of the spectral measuring head in
the iPQ-Center under SETTINGS. If an old date is displayed
there, please contact the
BST eltromat help desk.
7.2.2 Installing the camera
Perform the following steps to re-install the camera unit on the
traverse bar, once the maintenance work is completed:
1. Carefully lift the camera unit off the surface with two hands.
Carefully insert the camera unit in the sensor console.
2. Fasten the camera unit on the sensor console using the four
supplied M5 fitted bolts.
Only use the supplied M5 fitting bolts.
3. Reconnect the functional grounding cable of the camera unit,
the signal cable (X1) and the image data cable (X2). Tighten the
Allen screw of the functional grounding cable connection, then
lock or screw tight all plug connections.
Final tasks
►
Switch on the iPQ-Center system again.
ð The spectral measuring head, camera unit and iPQ-Center
system are operational again.
