3 SOFTWARE INSTALLATION
USB DRIVER
The USB Driver is installed automatically when power is applied the first time. CLS-E Yoke
must show up in your Windows Device Manager as «Ethernet2CAN LC Gateway». To connect
the CLS-E Yoke to your simulation software, the CLS2Sim software needs to be installed
(Win32 application) on your windows based system or a windows virtual machine on LINUX or
MAC. X-Plane Plugins for MAC & LINUX can be found here:

AND Y- (PITCH) AXIS, NOT YOUR SIMULATION SW APPLICATION! THE YOKE
BUTTONS CAN BE CONNECTED TO DEDICATED FUNCTIONS IN YOUR
SIMULATION SOFTWARE VIA USB VIRTUAL DRIVER (VJOY) OR VIA CLS2SIM

DUAL YOKE SETUP / SYNCHRONIZATION
In case of using 2 CLS-E Yokes (MCC Configuration), the pilot and copilot
device ID must be entered via the CLS-E Yoke Display Menu.

After entering the ID’s, connect a standard RJ45 Cat5 Ethernet cable on
the “CANopen” connector between the units. All necessary settings for
self-synchronization are done automatically.
